2. Technical characteristics of ABCI

  • The capacity of the installation for vent air is 20.0±2.0 thousand meters.3/h;
  • The installation body is a steel structure with an anti-corrosion coating.
  • The composition of the absorbent is industrial water with biogenic additives.

3. Consumables

  • Technical water to compensate for the loss of solution for moisture loss – 0.7-1.5 m3/day.
  • Biogenic additives (complex fertilizer) – 40-50 kg / year.
  • Compressed air – 50-70 m3/h.

4. ABCI layout

When assembling the ABCI in a production environment, the scrubber can
to be placed separately and located behind the wall of the shop on the street
or above the process equipment on the ventilation platform. The bioreactor can be located from the scrubber at a distance of up to 50 m and located in any room (basement, warehouse) with a temperature of +1With and above. Figure 1 shows the design options for the general types of ABCI.
